Free shipping for any single order over HKD $500.

For orders below HKD $500, a flat rate of HKD $20 applies.

Delivery Area

Currently we serve Hong Kong only (including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and some outlying islands; remote areas may incur an extra surcharge – please contact us for details).

No overseas orders at this time.

Handling Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Dispatch may be delayed during public holidays, adverse weather, or other force majeure events.

Carrier

We mainly use SF Express or Hong Kong Post. The carrier may be chosen at our discretion.

A tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp or email after dispatch, so you can monitor delivery status.
II. Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 7 days of receipt if you encounter:

Damaged packaging or product leakage

Wrong item delivered (not matching your order)

Product quality issue (e.g., defective spray head, incorrect label)

Non‑returnable items

Products that have been opened or used (except quality issues)

Change of mind (e.g., dislike of scent or packaging)

Return Process

Contact us on WhatsApp (8494-7580) with your order number, product name, and photos of the issue.

After confirmation, send the unused product(s) with original packaging to our designated address.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Return Shipping Cost

For quality issues or our mistake: we cover the return shipping cost.

For personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered by mistake): customer bears the return shipping cost.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card, Alipay, FPS, etc.). It may take 5–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
